Global sports and entertainment blockchain company Chiliz said on July 2 that it launched Fan Token Intel MCP, a dedicated intelligence layer for sports fan tokens, on OKX’s AI agent platform, OKX AI.
OKX AI is an AI marketplace designed to let AI agents discover each other on-chain, use services and make payments. The platform runs on blockchain-based payments, stablecoin settlement, and on-chain identity and reputation systems.
Fan Token Intel MCP integrates sports match data, trading information and on-chain data to help AI agents analyze the fan token market with greater precision. It is designed to track market trends before and after matches, as well as during in-game events.
The product allows developers and AI service providers to build applications more easily for automated trading and market analysis based on match results and on-chain data.
It also offers real-time data processing. AI agents can analyze price correlations across more than 58 fan tokens and track decentralized exchange liquidity, oracle data and whale asset movements in real time. Using more than 2,300 days of fan token market data, they can also measure how goals, red cards, late-game situations and tournament progression affected markets and liquidity.
Chiliz said it will provide fan token data not only from its own ecosystem but also from tokens issued on the Base and Solana networks. It also offers a fan token health score that combines match schedules and social media trends. The data will be provided as a paid API through an X Layer-based A2MCP, or Agent-to-MCP, workflow.
Chiliz has also stepped up its expansion in the global sports market. After adding Spain to its national team fan token lineup, the company now has fan tokens for seven national teams: Argentina, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, South Africa, Scotland and Spain.
“The launch of Fan Token Intel MCP marks a meaningful milestone in combining sports fandom assets with cutting-edge AI technology,” Chiliz Chief Executive Officer Alexandre Dreyfus said. He added that the company expects the product to help build a more sophisticated and autonomous on-chain sports data ecosystem and broaden adoption of the SportFi market by using extensive fan token data and real-time match insights.
