SBI Global Asset Management, DigiFT Launch Tokenized Japan Equity Strategy on Solana

SBI Global Asset Management and DigiFT have launched JX, a tokenized investment product built on the Solana blockchain.

The Solana Foundation said on July 15 that JX puts a Japanese asset manager's equity investment strategy on-chain. The product gives accredited and institutional investors on-chain access to a Japanese high-dividend stock strategy.

SBI Asset Management manages the strategy. Investors can gain exposure to Japanese high-dividend stocks through blockchain-based infrastructure.

The Solana Foundation said the launch marks Japan's asset-management industry's entry into on-chain finance as the tokenized real-world asset market grew to $21.9 billion from $5.9 billion last year.
