Morgan Stanley Files Amended S-1 for Spot Ether, Solana ETFs as Launch Nears

Morgan Stanley’s spot exchange-traded funds for Ether and Solana appear to be in the final stage of the listing process.

Cointelegraph reported on July 18 that Morgan Stanley filed amended S-1 registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 14 for the spot Ether and Solana ETFs. The bank set management fees for both funds at 0.14%.

Before spot digital-asset ETFs can begin trading, they must complete the S-1 registration process and obtain approval for a 19b-4 filing covering an exchange rule change.
