Tokenized real-world assets, or RWAs, are gaining traction on Robinhood Chain, CoinDesk reported on July 25.
The value of tokenized RWAs on Robinhood Chain was about $70 million, up fivefold from $14 million two weeks earlier.
Trading activity also surged. Tokenized GameStop shares recorded the highest daily volume at $26.6 million, followed by Nvidia at $14 million and SpaceX at $6.4 million.
The growth of RWA tokenization has also driven rapid expansion on Robinhood Chain. DefiLlama data showed the chain's total value locked had risen to $312 million as of July 25, roughly triple the level of a week earlier.
Even so, memecoins and stablecoins still account for most of the trading volume on Robinhood Chain.
