Whale Sells Another 1,019 Bitcoin, Bringing Three-Week Total to 7,513 BTC

A major Bitcoin holder has sold more than 1,000 additional tokens.

On-chain analytics platform Lookonchain said on Aug. 9 that the whale sold another 1,019 Bitcoin worth about $66.4 million around seven hours earlier.

The whale has offloaded a total of 7,513 BTC over the past three weeks, with the sales totaling about $486.9 million. The reason for the latest sale and the identity of the holder have not been confirmed.
