On Aug. 14, JUST DAO wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that major TRON ecosystem projects including JUST (JST), SUN and BitTorrent (BTT) reduced token supply during the second quarter through buybacks and burns.
JUST posted the largest burn in the quarter, destroying 355 million tokens valued at $35 million. SUN also burned about 9.025 million tokens in the second quarter.
BitTorrent and WINkLink bought back tokens using revenue generated by their services, though the projects did not disclose the size of those buybacks.
