Coinbase Integrates Hyperliquid Into Base App, Offering Up to 50x Perpetual Futures
Forecast Trend Report by Period

Coinbase has integrated Hyperliquid’s perpetual futures trading into its Base App.
Decrypt reported on August 20 that Coinbase will allow eligible users to access more than 290 perpetual futures markets through the Base App. Trades will be executed via Hyperliquid.
The offering includes markets tied to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ether, as well as stocks and commodities. Users can apply leverage of up to 50x, depending on the product.
Coinbase said perpetual futures account for about 75% of total cryptocurrency trading volume. The company added that the feature was among the most requested by Base App users.
The service will not be available in jurisdictions where leveraged crypto derivatives trading is restricted, including the US, UK and Canada.
The integration is part of Coinbase’s broader push to expand the Base App’s role in trading. The app is broadening its scope beyond social and creator-focused tools to include trading, payments and artificial intelligence agent functions.
