XRP Seoul 2026 Unveils Second Speaker Lineup, Adding Evernorth and South Korean Finance Executives

XRPL Korea, the organizer of XRP Seoul 2026, said on Sept. 7 that it had unveiled the event’s second speaker lineup.

The second group of speakers includes representatives from global digital-asset companies such as Doppler Finance, t54 Labs, Flare, Variational, Evernorth and Squid.

Rox Park, head of institutional business at Doppler Finance, will speak on liquidity in centralized exchanges and decentralized derivatives markets. Chandler Pang, founder of t54 Labs, will present on “agentic payments,” in which AI agents trade and settle payments on behalf of users.

Flare co-founder Hugo Philion will also join the lineup. Flare is a Layer 1 blockchain that supports the use of digital assets with limited smart-contract functionality, including XRP and Bitcoin, in decentralized finance.

Ashish Birla, founder and chief executive officer of Evernorth and an early Ripple team member, will join a panel discussion on the adoption of asset tokenization in traditional finance. Evernorth is pursuing a Nasdaq listing through a SPAC merger with the goal of building a $1 billion XRP reserve.

The second speaker lineup also includes a large contingent from South Korea’s financial industry: Han Seung-hoon, a deputy manager at Woori Bank; Lee Han-gil, a team leader at KakaoBank; Choi Jae-hyuk, head of the digital-asset task force at K Bank; and Shin Hee-jin, a director at Kyobo Securities. They are scheduled to share the views of the country’s banking and securities industries on stablecoins and digital-asset adoption.
