Iran said it will not enter talks with the US unless the conditions it has set are met.

Walter Bloomberg reported on September 12 that Ebrahim Azizi, chairman of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said Iran would not negotiate with the US until those conditions are satisfied. Talks under any other circumstances would be meaningless, he added.

The US and the European Union have recently been urging Iran to engage in unconditional negotiations, the report said.
