Ondo Finance Launches Ondo Intelligent Portfolios Based on BlackRock Strategy

Real-world asset platform Ondo Finance has launched an on-chain portfolio product that gives investors exposure to multiple assets through a single token based on BlackRock’s investment strategy.

Ondo Finance said on Sept. 25 that it launched Ondo Intelligent Portfolios, built on a portfolio strategy BlackRock developed for Ondo. The product packages a multi-asset portfolio into a single token and is offered to qualified investors in eligible jurisdictions.

Investors can use the token to gain exposure to the performance of an asset portfolio constructed in line with BlackRock’s investment strategy.

“Tokenization creates a new way to deliver portfolio strategies through digital infrastructure,” Lisa O’Connor, head of BlackRock’s Global Model Portfolio Solutions business, said. It allows diversified asset-allocation strategies to be offered through a single product.

Ondo Finance said it plans to introduce additional on-chain portfolio products in the future.
