Forecast Trend Report by Period

Aptos (APT) is expanding beyond financial assets into the real economy, with use cases spreading across commerce, payments and real-world assets, or RWAs. The Aptos blockchain is increasingly being used not only for consumer-facing services such as tickets and digital vouchers, but also for RWA products.
According to the digital-asset industry on September 29, Daehong Communications, a Lotte Group affiliate, recently launched L.TICKET, a commerce platform offering official tickets for a range of performances, and selected Aptos as its blockchain infrastructure. The company plans to use the Aptos blockchain to manage ticket issuance and distribution.
Daehong Communications also introduced Giftiel, a mobile digital voucher platform built on the Aptos network, last year. The platform records the entire voucher lifecycle on the Aptos blockchain, from issuance and distribution to use. As of September, Giftiel had 1.3 million users and 5 million vouchers issued, according to Daehong Communications.
Standing Out in Stablecoins and RWAs
Beyond commerce, Aptos is also seeing broader adoption in global payments and finance. In particular, its use has been increasing this year in stablecoins, payment infrastructure and RWAs.
A leading example is OpenUSD, or OUSD, a dollar-based stablecoin. OUSD is issued by Open Standard, a stablecoin consortium that includes global financial and payments companies such as Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and BlackRock. Aptos was selected as a founding blockchain partner for OUSD alongside Solana (SOL) and Polygon (POL).
The amount of stablecoins circulating on the Aptos network has also been growing. As of September 21, stablecoins on the network totaled about $1.2 billion.
Global financial firms entering the RWA business are also using Aptos. BlackRock's tokenized fund BUIDL, Franklin Templeton's money market fund BENJI and Apollo's tokenized private credit fund ACRED are all operating on Aptos.
Other RWA products, including alternative investment funds and hedge funds, are also being introduced on the network.
Aptos's fast and secure network processing capabilities are also seen as well suited to financial infrastructure. According to blockchain infrastructure company Everstake, Aptos has maintained 99.99% uptime since the network launched and has recorded peak throughput of more than 30,000 transactions per second.
Avery Ching, chief executive officer of Aptos, said payments and financial services require both the ability to process large volumes of transactions quickly and stable network operations. He added that those strengths likely helped Aptos earn favorable assessments from global financial firms.
