Cryptocurrencies worth a combined $103 million, including Bitcoin and BNB, were transferred out of wallets linked to the U.S. government.
Wu Blockchain, citing on-chain analyst EmberCN on October 7, reported that a U.S. government-linked wallet sent 833.6 Bitcoin worth about $71.6 million to Coinbase Prime.
At the same time, 40,285 BNB worth about $31.6 million was moved through several wallet addresses to an external address, 0xBE7...81E. The two transfers totaled about $103 million.
EmberCN's tracking showed that U.S. government-linked wallets still held about $28 billion in cryptocurrencies after the transfers. That included about 324,000 Bitcoin, valued at roughly $27.7 billion at current prices.
