Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told Tasnim News Agency on October 8 that talks are still underway, with messages passing between the two sides through mediating countries.
Araghchi said Iran had submitted a proposal called the "seven-day plan" and had heard the US position on it. Tehran is now reviewing the US view and is expected to respond within the next few days, he added.
