Ripple has introduced a new service that uses artificial intelligence and stablecoins to support corporate treasury operations around the clock.

On Oct. 26, Ripple said it unveiled new features for its corporate treasury platform, Ripple Treasury, at Swell 2026 in New York the previous day. The update expands the capabilities of a treasury management system used by global companies including American Airlines, Subway, Christian Louboutin and Adecco.

The new features center on AI-based workflow automation and real-time cash management. Ripple said it introduced an integrated management system linked to its in-house AI solution, GSmart, to automate a range of treasury functions, from cash-flow visibility and forecasting to reconciliation, liquidity management and payments.

Ripple also added a feature called 24/7 Returns to help companies generate returns on idle funds. The service allows eligible corporate clients to earn income on assets outside traditional banking hours, including at night, on weekends and on holidays.

Eligible assets include RLUSD, Ripple's U.S. dollar-pegged stablecoin, and other digital assets held in Ripple wallets that meet certain requirements. Companies can generate returns under the terms of related programs without separately managing digital-asset trading.

Ripple pointed to rising demand for real-time treasury operations among corporations. According to the 2026 liquidity survey by the Association for Financial Professionals, 46% of respondent companies increased their U.S. cash holdings over the past year, while 86% of treasury managers said they would choose real-time money market funds if those products fit their investment policies.

"The way companies move money is changing, and treasury systems need to evolve with it," Renat Ver Eecke, senior vice president of Ripple Treasury, said. He added that the goal is to combine treasury, intelligence and execution so corporate finance teams can respond faster and operate continuously without adding complexity or sacrificing control.

Ripple said it plans to eventually connect traditional financial infrastructure with digital-asset payment rails so companies can manage fiat and stablecoin-based funds on a single platform.
