Titan Builder, an Ethereum block builder, saw its revenue surge.

Wu Blockchain reported on October 31, citing DeFiLlama data, that Titan Builder generated about $22.83 million in revenue over 24 hours, briefly overtaking Tether to rank first in protocol revenue.

Titan Builder aggregates user transactions on the Ethereum network and determines which transactions are included in a block and in what order they are processed. It profits when users seeking priority execution, or arbitrage programs, pay higher fees.

The revenue spike appears to reflect a surge in arbitrage activity following the Binance hack. As market volatility increased in the aftermath, trading that exploits price gaps among digital assets also rose, driving up fees for transaction priority.

DeFiLlama co-founder 0xngmi wrote that Titan Builder collected about $24.7 million in fees over 24 hours. The figure was so unusual that the system initially treated it as a data error and blocked the tally.
