Intercontinental Exchange Inc., the parent of the New York Stock Exchange, has deleted a social media post about its planned entry into the Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures market a day after announcing the move.

Odaily reported on October 31 that ICE removed from its official X account a post announcing a partnership with TradeXyz. It still retains a repost of TradeXyz's promotional post. A press release on ICE's official website announcing the partnership also remains online.

The exact reason for deleting the post was not disclosed.

ICE announced on October 29 that it had signed a final agreement with TradeXyz to launch perpetual futures in the US. The company said it plans to use Hyperliquid's blockchain infrastructure to offer perpetual futures tied to stock indexes, commodities and currencies, while also making a strategic investment in TradeXyz.

The product will include a separate clearing system, as well as know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering controls, and is currently awaiting regulatory approval.
