On the 11th (local time), CryptoQuant author maartunn reported, "In the last 30 days, 2.66 trillion XRP (approximately $6.27 billion) has been deposited into Binance. This is the largest amount since April this year."
He further analyzed, "This phenomenon indicates that Ripple whales are actively transferring on-chain and are using Binance as a major exchange. The large deposits by whales into exchanges may suggest a strategic change from the norm."
