This year, Bitcoin (BTC) has successfully entered the mainstream, yet it seems it still hasn't convinced some investors.

According to Bloomberg on the 15th (local time), famous American investor Dennis Gartman said in an interview, "I will not buy Bitcoin."

Specifically, he said, "I am still surprised that Bitcoin is gaining such popularity. As I have said for a long time, Bitcoin has received certain value for a few months. However, I am not sure if that value is real. On the other hand, gold has been recognized for its value as an asset for centuries. I would choose a bet that has lasted for centuries over a few months' bet, and therefore, I will avoid Bitcoin," he said.

Meanwhile, as of 7:57 AM on the 16th (Korean time), Bitcoin is trading at $103,254, up 1.96% from the previous day according to CoinMarketCap.
