On the 21st (local time), the virtual asset news specialist X (formerly Twitter) account db reported, "It seems there is no executive order related to virtual assets on President Trump's first day in office. Trump has currently completed signing executive orders."
Meanwhile, Trump did not mention virtual assets during his inauguration. This has triggered a decline in Bitcoin (BTC) prices, with Bitcoin currently trading at $101,000 on CoinMarketCap.
