Ohio Introduces Bill to Establish Bitcoin Reserve

According to Bitcoin Magazine on the 4th, Sandra O'Brien, a senator from the state of Ohio, introduced a bill in the state legislature to establish a Bitcoin (BTC) reserve and to allow state government agencies to adopt Bitcoin as a payment method.
