The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has submitted a 19b-4 (request for review) related to the Ripple ETF.
On the 7th (local time), Eleanor Terrett, a Fox Business reporter, announced on her X (formerly Twitter) that "CBOE has submitted a 19b-4 related to the Ripple Spot ETF on behalf of Bitwise and Kerneir Fund."
She further explained, "19b-4 is generally the next step in the process for ETF approval after the issuer submits an S-1 (securities registration statement)."
