The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has submitted a total of four Ripple spot ETF 19b-4 (review requests) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
On the 7th (local time), James Seyffart, a Bloomberg analyst, reported on X (formerly Twitter) that "CBOE has submitted Ripple spot ETF 19b-4s for four issuers, including Bitwise and Kinetics Funds, as well as WisdomTree and 21Shares, to the SEC."
Previously, Eleanor Terrett, a Fox Business reporter, also reported on her X that "CBOE has submitted 19b-4 related to Ripple spot ETF on behalf of Bitwise and Kinetics Funds."
