On the 14th (local time), Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett announced through her X (formerly Twitter) that "The US court has accepted the 60-day stay request for the lawsuit between the SEC and Binance."
Previously, the SEC requested a 60-day temporary stay in its lawsuit against Binance, considering that the newly established US government's virtual asset (cryptocurrency) taskforce (TF) could affect the lawsuit. Binance was also reported to have agreed to this request.
