On the 18th, in an interview with Bankless, Commissioner Peirce highlighted five essential elements needed in the current digital asset market: ▲regulatory clarity for tokens, ▲no-action letters, ▲securities law framework, ▲legal guidance for airdrops and retail investors, and ▲cooperation between the SEC and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Regarding token regulatory clarity, Commissioner Peirce stated, "A roadmap is currently being prepared, and we're considering ways to provide legal clarity for those who have previously issued tokens, provided they agree to specific conditions," adding that "we expect voluntary participation from token issuers."

On the topic of airdrops, Commissioner Peirce showed an open stance, saying, "The SEC is currently developing clear guidelines. We are encouraging projects to submit scenarios to the digital asset task force (TF) to better understand what the industry needs."
