He further claimed, "Argentina didn't suffer any losses, and only four or five Argentine citizens incurred losses. Most investors were Chinese and American. Those involved in this incident were traders betting on volatility, who were well aware of the risks and participated voluntarily."

President Milei is currently indicted on fraud charges related to the LIBRA memecoin incident.
