The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has confirmed the receipt of XRP spot ETF 19b-4 filing submitted by Cboe BZX Exchange (under the Chicago Board Options Exchange) on behalf of Canary Capital, officially confirming submissions from six issuers so far.
According to The Block on the 20th (local time), the SEC confirmed the official receipt of Canary Capital's XRP spot ETF 19b-4 filing and announced it would accept public comments for 21 days after publication in the Federal Register.
Previously, the SEC had confirmed receipt of XRP spot ETF 19b-4 filings from 21Shares, Bitwise, Grayscale, CoinShares, and WisdomTree.
