A second Bitcoin (BTC) reserve bill has been submitted in the U.S. state of Georgia.

According to CoinTelegraph on the 24th, Georgia submitted its second Bitcoin reserve bill 'SB 228'. The bill primarily aims to remove the limit on Bitcoin investments.
