On the 24th (local time), cryptocurrency media outlet CoinDesk reported that according to the blockchain data from the Holesky testnet, the Pektra upgrade was not completed.
Ethereum developers are currently investigating the issue.
The Pektra upgrade includes several Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIP) aimed at enhancing user experience and network efficiency. One of the main upgrade elements was known to be increasing the maximum validator stake limit from 32 ETH to 2048 ETH.
