According to Watcher Guru on the 28th (local time), the SEC has decided to withdraw its lawsuit against Coinbase and not to file a lawsuit on the same matter.

Previously, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong had stated, "We have agreed with the SEC to withdraw the lawsuit." In addition, the SEC has recently been showing movements to withdraw lawsuits filed against several companies, including Consensus.
