According to Unchained on the 6th (local time), a White House official stated, "Hoskinson was not invited to the virtual asset summit, and Cardano has never participated in policy discussions or meetings with the administration."
Previously, Hoskinson had hinted at the possibility of attending a fundraising dinner event for the pro-crypto political action committee (PAC) 'MAGA Inc.', but the White House drew a line saying he had not been invited to that event either.
Meanwhile, Cardano had previously gained attention as one of the virtual assets that U.S. President Donald Trump mentioned he would make a strategic reserve asset.
