Story Foundation Expands Web3 Ecosystem... Acquires Major IPs from Hollywood to Grammy
Summary
- "The Story Foundation announced the expansion into the Web3 ecosystem by acquiring major content IPs from Hollywood to the Grammy," it was reported.
- "The foundation provides a system that enables ownership management and profit distribution by tokenizing IPs, and accordingly, IPs of Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus have been registered on the blockchain," it was stated.
- "This aims to innovate blockchain-based reorganization and monetization of the entertainment industry," it was added.

The Story Foundation, a non-profit organization for the development of global IP blockchain, announced on the 6th that entertainment IPs centered on major American content including Hollywood films, pop music, and documentaries are joining the Story ecosystem.
IP RWA (Real World Asset) projects based on the Story blockchain, 'Aria Protocol (hereinafter 'Aria')' and 'STR8FIRE', are working on the Web3 transition of global mainstream content IPs. These projects tokenize entertainment IPs on the Story blockchain network, allowing IP participants to manage ownership more fairly and efficiently and receive distributed profits.
Aria, which announced the acquisition of copyrights from major pop stars such as Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus last month, has officially registered songs from world-renowned pop artists on the Story blockchain, including Maroon 5's 'Nobody's Love' and Katy Perry's 'Daisies'.
STR8FIRE, an RWA project for Hollywood entertainment IPs including films, comics, and games, recently added the documentary 'Balistyx' IP to the Story blockchain. STR8FIRE supports various stakeholders, including IP owners, investors, creators, and fans, to participate directly in monetization.
In addition, the Story ecosystem entertainment platform 'Incention' has built the SF franchise IP 'Emergence' in collaboration with Hollywood writer David S. Goyer, who produced works such as 'The Dark Knight' trilogy, 'Man of Steel', and 'Blade'. This ensures that IP owners, creators, and fans can all create the universe and guarantee rights and profits for their contributions.
Andrea Muttoni, Chairman of the Story Foundation, said, "Story supports the Web3 transition of global IPs, starting with mainstream American music and Hollywood films, and is innovating the paradigm of the entertainment industry through a transparent and fair monetization structure," adding, "Through the expansion of the Story ecosystem, we will accelerate the blockchain-based reorganization of existing entertainment IPs and create an environment where anyone can develop ideas in various formats with an automatic monetization system."
