On the 19th (local time), Garlinghouse said in an interview with Bloomberg, "I expect the XRP spot ETF to be launched in the US market in the second half of this year," adding, "I have tremendous confidence in the ETF."
Meanwhile, regarding the conclusion of the lawsuit between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple Labs with the SEC's withdrawal of its appeal, Garlinghouse stated, "The SEC's withdrawal of the lawsuit is a victory for Ripple Labs and the entire digital asset industry."
