According to Arkham data on the 28th (local time), the government first transferred Ethereum worth $1 to an external address (0xBf7). About 10 minutes later, a total of $1.77 million worth of ETH was transferred to an external address.
This transfer is understood to have originated from an address (0x17f) where Sae-Heng seized funds were stored.
