The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially withdrawn lawsuits against three major virtual asset (cryptocurrency) companies.

On the 28th (local time), according to Eleanor Terrett, host of Crypto in America, the SEC announced its decision to withdraw lawsuits against Kraken, Consensys, and Cumberland.

Meanwhile, the SEC recently concluded its investigation into the Web3 gaming platform Immutable (IMX) and withdrew its lawsuit against Coinbase.
