On the 1st (Korean time), OKX announced via its official X (formerly Twitter) that Linda Lacewell, former head of the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), will take on the role of Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at OKX.
Linda Lacewell joined the OKX board in 2024 and has been reported to provide strategic advice to the board and legal team.
