According to Eleanor Terrett, host of Crypto in America, on the 12th (local time), the SEC and Binance stated in a recently submitted document that "there have been constructive discussions related to the activities of the SEC's Virtual Asset (Cryptocurrency) Task Force (TF)," and that a temporary suspension of the lawsuit is in the best interest of everyone.
Previously, the court had accepted the request from the SEC and Binance to suspend the lawsuit for 60 days.
