On the 20th (local time), Bitget announced through a notice that "abnormal trading was detected in Voxies (VOXEL) futures trading" and "some accounts suspected of market manipulation were immediately suspended."

It also explained that "manipulated profits will be confiscated through procedures, and compensation measures for affected users will also be implemented."

Previously, on the 20th at 17:00 (Korean time), abnormal trading was observed at Bitget, where the futures trading volume of Voxies exceeded that of Bitcoin (BTC), causing the price of Voxies to surge by more than 200%.
