Shaginyan said, "If Cannes, a world-renowned city famous for culture and commerce, adopts cryptocurrency payments, the Web3 market will no longer be a niche market," adding, "This is an example showing that cryptocurrency can be utilized in daily life beyond online."
The effort to introduce cryptocurrency into daily life in Cannes is also evident in the announcement made by Mayor David Lisnard last February. Previously, Mayor Lisnard announced educational sessions related to cryptocurrency payments for local merchants and experts.
