Cryptocurrency investment firm Theta Capital Management (hereafter referred to as Theta Capital) has successfully raised $175 million for cryptocurrency investments.

According to Bloomberg on the 21st (Korean time), Theta Capital plans to invest in cryptocurrency venture companies through 'Theta Blockchain Ventures IV'.

Rudd Smeets, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Theta Capital, stated, "Theta is looking for fields with the advantage of sustainability through expertise and active management," and added, "We believe that cryptocurrency-based venture companies fall into that category."

Meanwhile, founded in 2001, Theta Capital has been focusing on the digital asset sector since 2018. It is currently managing assets worth $1.2 billion.
