According to AmberCN on the 3rd (Korea time), Tether withdrew 14,000 Bitcoins from its reserve address about 5 hours ago. This is worth approximately $1.49 billion at the current exchange rate.
AmberCN stated, "It is unclear whether this is a transfer to a decentralized storage or some other operation."
