Magic Eden: "Trump Wallet Holds Trump Brand and IP"

As controversy grows around the 'Trump Wallet' launched by Magic Eden (ME), Magic Eden has released a statement.

According to Eleanor Terrett, a host at CryptoIn America, on the 3rd (local time), Magic Eden responded to the question, 'Is Trump Wallet affiliated with President Donald Trump?' by stating, "Trump Wallet is a wallet that owns the official Trump brand and intellectual property (IP)."

Magic Eden also added, "In the past, we have supported the launch of OfficialTrump (TRUMP) NFTs, and this time, it's an even bigger project."

Nevertheless, questions continue to be raised in the community despite Magic Eden's explanation. This is because President Trump's sons have asserted that Trump Wallet has no connection to the Trump family.

Previously, eldest son Donald Trump Jr. stated, "Trump Wallet has no relation to the Trump family" and announced, "We are developing a separate official Trump wallet product in collaboration with World Liberty Financial (WLFI)."

Eric Trump, the second son, also warned, "Extreme caution is needed when using our name for projects that no one in our organization knows about or has approved."

Meanwhile, as of 10:11 AM (KST) on the 4th, Magic Eden recorded a sharp rise of 33.37% from the previous day, marking $1.14 on CoinMarketCap.
