  • It was stated that the case is expected to be handled in the second trial at the 'Seoul High Court'.
  • In the first trial, the dismissal was cited on the grounds that the 'duty to disclose important matters' was not fulfilled.

Wemade has appealed the court's decision to dismiss the 'WEMIX delisting suspension request'.

According to industry sources on the 12th, Wemade submitted an immediate appeal the previous day to the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Kim Sang-hoon). As a result, the case regarding the suspension of the effect of the termination of WEMIX trading support is expected to be transferred to the Seoul High Court for the second trial.

Previously, the first trial court dismissed Wemade's request for injunction on the 30th of last month, stating, "Considering that WEMIX disclosed information four days after the hacking incident, it is difficult to see that the duty to faithfully disclose important matters was fulfilled."
