Ripple's stablecoin RLUSD is showing rapid growth and expanding its presence in the cryptocurrency market.
According to DeFiLlama data cited by BeInCrypto on the 29th (local time), RLUSD's circulating supply increased by 47% in June, reaching $455 million. This means that over $150 million was newly issued just this month.
This increase was influenced by a rise in the circulation on the Ethereum network. At present, RLUSD's supply on the Ethereum network stands at approximately $390 million, far surpassing the supply on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), which is $65 million. Token Terminal analysis indicates that the amount of RLUSD circulated on Ethereum has almost quadrupled so far this year.
