On the 17th, Hashed filed trademark applications for Korean Won stablecoin names such as 'KRWo', 'OKRW', and 'FKRW' through the Korean Intellectual Property Office’s intellectual property information search service.
These trademarks have been classified as designated goods related to blockchain-based electronic fund transfer services and token issuance and redemption businesses. Meanwhile, other blockchain companies such as Wemade and DSRV have also recently filed for Korean Won stablecoin-related trademarks.
