The blockchain project Conflux (CFX), supporting China's 'Belt and Road' initiative, announced on the 21st that it held the 'Conflux Tree Diagram Technology and Ecosystem Development Conference' in Shanghai, China from the 18th to the 20th and unveiled Conflux Tree Blockchain 3.0.

Conflux’s Tree Blockchain 3.0 is expected to be officially launched in August, aiming to provide a more advanced Web3 infrastructure for global blockchain technology developers and product users. Tree Blockchain 3.0 features a new storage structure and execution module, offering up to 15,000 transactions per second and transaction finalization within 26 seconds. Additionally, it supports full compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) ecosystem as well as large-scale settlements of Real-World Assets (RWA) via AI on-chain call functionality.

Meanwhile, the event included a presentation on the achievements of the Conflux Tree Blockchain over the past five years. According to Conflux, the Tree Blockchain has processed a cumulative total of 170 million transactions to date, with worldwide users exceeding 25 million.

Long Fan, the founder of Tree Conflux, stated, “We broke the convention that blocks must be connected in a single chain and proposed a high-performance consensus algorithm based on a tree diagram structure,” adding, “The Tree Blockchain has conducted both test online and mainnet deployments in Shanghai, and the mainnet has operated stably for almost five years.”
