Solana (SOL) is in discussions regarding a governance proposal to significantly enhance network processing capacity.

According to Cointelegraph on the 24th (local time), Solana is currently considering governance proposal SIMD-0286, which seeks to raise the per-block computational limit from the current 60 million CU (Compute Units) to 100 million CU. This represents a 66% increase over the previous limit.
