According to Truth Social on the 25th (Korea time), President Trump stated, "It was an honor to visit the renovation site of the Fed with Chair Powell and Senator Tim Scott."
However, President Trump also pointed out the Fed's budget waste in the post. He added, "There is still a long way to go," and continued, "It would have been better if it had not started at all, but in any case, I hope it is completed quickly." He further criticized, "The cost overruns of the Fed's remodeling construction have been significant."
