On the 4th (local time), Cointelegraph, a media outlet specializing in digital assets, reported that global shipping of the Seeker has begun.

According to Solana, the Seeker recorded 150,000 pre-orders. The Seeker is sold in two models, priced at $450 and $500. Through the Seeker, Solana is expected to generate at least $67.5 million in sales.

The main customer base for the Seeker consists of developers of cryptocurrency-related applications and cryptocurrency users. Seeker users can use an alternative app marketplace that allows them to avoid fees imposed by Google Play Store and the App Store. Emmett Hollyer, head of Solana Mobile, stated, "The Seeker has been upgraded not only in hardware but also in overall on-chain functionality," adding, "The decentralized app store and Seed Vault features are key."

In addition, the Seeker will be the first to introduce the Solana Mobile ecosystem-exclusive token SKR.
