Through this joint venture, the companies plan to actively promote the 'VeriDollar' (VRDC) stablecoin project in Thailand. VeriDollar is a stablecoin backed by the US dollar, and will be supported for payment services within Thailand.
In addition, the companies intend to cooperate with local financial institutions and virtual asset exchanges in Thailand to build virtual asset (cryptocurrency) payment, remittance, and currency exchange systems.
