A whale investor, estimated to be an institution, was found to have sold 10,000 Ethereum (ETH).
According to OnchainLens on the 21st (local time), the whale sold 10,000 ETH ($43.35 million) through the over-the-counter trading firm Wintermute OTC. This is valued at approximately ₩5.9 billion.
Afterwards, this whale deposited stablecoin USDC into the Aave V3 protocol. Currently, this wallet has about $535 million worth of USDC deposited in Aave, and it is also reported to still be holding 10,013.66 ETH in a staked state.
